Q: What will the administrative structure of the new building look like? 10-19
A: There are many different options being examined, all of which would include some configuration of the current 3 administrators presently assigned to the two elementary schools. These options include separate houses and housemasters, a Dean of Students, or maintaining the traditional Principal and Vice‐Principal structure. With grade 5 being moved to the elementary school the elementary enrollment in one school will be over 1,100 students. WMS will then have 25% less students. The sharing of a portion of an administrator’s time from the middle school with the elementary school is also being discussed.
