Q: How was the size of the facility determined? 10-19
A: Per state building guidelines, the highest enrollment in an 8‐year projection is applied to a square foot standard specific for each grade. The figures for each grade are added together, along with other space allowances, to arrive at the state allowed maximum. In this case, that number is 138,852 sqft. The projected enrollment was determined using the most recent Milone and McBroom report.
